Bookings, subject to availability, is from Saturday to Saturday unless by prior arrangement. The maximum number of persons allowed at the property is clearly stated in the particulars.

When taking your booking, the cottage will be held for 5 days pending receipt of your deposit. A deposit of £100 is required and the balance paid in full, two months (8 weeks) prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Late bookings taken within six weeks of your holiday start date require full payment immediately.

Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions, use of this site is deemed acceptance of them.  During the winter months if you wish the central heating to be on continuously from early morning to late evening during your holiday, then an extra charge is applicable, due to the increasing oil prices charges may vary.  This charge is optional and at your request only.

From the A1 travelling Northbound or Southbound, turn off the A1 at Alnwick/Denwick/Seahouses and RAF Boulmer – B1340 Junction.

Go through Denwick Village, past the church on the right and take the next right hand turning for Longhoughton (you will also see a sign for RAF Boulmer) continue on this road (approx 5 miles) until you go under the railway bridge at the start of Longhoughton Village.

Once under the railway bridge take the Second right hand turn for Boulmer Village, also sign posted for RAF Boulmer and Fishing Boat Inn, sign post for Boulmer is low down in the wall. Continue on this road until you come Boulmer Village. As you approach a very tight right hand bend in front on the gravel drive is a stone carved with Coble Cottage, take the drive towards the sea, Coble Cottage is around the garage on the left.
